Retention period
- Client data (members): for the whole life of the account plus 3 years after the last activity (accounting obligation: 10 years for invoices)
- Unconverted leads: 3 years from the last contact
- Cookies: 13 months maximum

- Supabase (database and auth), Singapore / EU
- Resend (emails), USA
- Netlify (hosting), USA
Transfers outside the EU are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies
Le site dépose des cookies de mesure d'audience et de tracking publicitaire (Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, TikTok Pixel) uniquement après votre consentement. Notre mesure d'audience interne, qui n'utilise aucun outil externe, est soumise au même consentement : si vous refusez, aucune visite n'est enregistrée. Vous pouvez à tout moment revenir sur votre choix : le lien « Gérer mes cookies », en bas de chaque page, rouvre le bandeau et vous permet d'accepter ou de refuser. Si vous refusez après avoir accepté, plus aucune donnée n'est transmise aux outils de mesure, et aucun traceur n'est rechargé lors de vos pages suivantes.
YouTube videos. Some pages offer videos hosted by YouTube (Google Ireland Limited). As long as you do not click on them, nothing is loaded from YouTube and no tracker is set: you only see an image and a button. If you start playback, the player is loaded from youtube-nocookie.com, the variant without advertising cookies, and YouTube may then set audience measurement trackers and recognise you if you are signed in to a Google account. This loading only happens at your explicit request. Google's privacy policy then applies: policies.google.com/privacy.
When you arrive on the site from a link contained in one of our emails, that link contains an identifier which allows us to connect your visit to your email address. We then know which pages you looked at and, where relevant, how far you watched a video we published. This identifier is encrypted: your address never appears in clear text in the page address, and a link forwarded to someone else does not reveal your identity. This connection is subject to the same consent as everything else: if you refuse cookies, your visit stays anonymous. You may ask for this data to be erased at any time at the address given below.
