Retention period
- Client data (members): for the whole life of the account plus 3 years after the last activity (accounting obligation: 10 years for invoices)
- Unconverted leads: 3 years from the last contact
- Cookies: 13 months maximum

Cookies
The site places audience measurement and advertising tracking cookies (Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, TikTok Pixel) only after you consent. Our internal audience measurement, which uses no external tool, is subject to the same consent: if you refuse, no visit is recorded. You may change your preferences at any time through your browser settings.
When you arrive on the site from a link contained in one of our emails, that link contains an identifier which allows us to connect your visit to your email address. We then know which pages you looked at and, where relevant, how far you watched a video we published. This identifier is encrypted: your address never appears in clear text in the page address, and a link forwarded to someone else does not reveal your identity. This connection is subject to the same consent as everything else: if you refuse cookies, your visit stays anonymous. You may ask for this data to be erased at any time at the address given below.
