Before the first step
What you need before starting: four accounts and one evening.
- A computer, Mac or Windows, a phone on its own is not enough for the setup
- An internet connection
- A way to pay for your Claude subscription, around 20 $ a month, the other accounts open for free, with no card
- An idea of what you want to sell: if your offer is not ready yet, you build it with Aria, and it is actually better that way, she learns your project by building it with you
There is nothing else. No technical skill, no paid software, no recent computer: the first non-technical tester set up his system on an ordinary Windows PC. If one of these is missing for you, tell me before you buy.
The 9-step method
The nine steps, in the order you will live them.
Steps 1, 2, 6 and 7 make up the technical setup: 25 minutes once you know it, 1 hour 30 at most the first time. Steps 3, 4 and 5 are making it yours: around two and a half hours more if your content is ready, longer if it still has to be written.
Setting up your workshop
We install the two tools Aria works in. You unzip, you install, you open, four small operations, with me if you want.

Your free accounts (database, payment, emails, hosting) and your site standing, online, still empty. This is the most technical step, it is also the one filmed screen by screen, and if it sticks you ask your question at the group session, which is held every week.
You: You create the accounts when Aria asks you to and you paste in the values she gives you.
Aria: Aria explains each account, fills in the settings and publishes the site; the video tutorial shows you every screen.

The name of your offer, your colours, your world, your photo. You can even show her a site you like: Aria takes inspiration from it.

6 monthsHow long it really takes
How long it really takes, without rounding.
Setting up the kit takes 25 minutes once you know it, an hour and a half at most the first time, with support. At the end: the kit is installed, your site is online, the pages are transformed and linked together, the payment works and the emails are ready to go. Count on around four hours in total for a complete site online, setup and content included, provided you already have to hand what you want to put in it. That part depends on your material, not on the technical side: you spread it over as long as you like, you stop, you pick up where you left off, Aria remembers.
This is not one-click magic, and I will not sell it to you as such: it is half a day of work between the two of us, at the end of which you own a system that other people pay for every month without ever really having it.
The other half of the question
Making it yours is where your time will go.
It does not depend on the technical side: it depends on what you have already written. Here are the two kinds of time not to confuse.
Aria's time, once you have given her the material
- Applying your colours, your typography and your logo across the whole site: a few minutes
- Writing your sales page from your notes or a recording: about ten minutes, then your back and forth
- Laying out a course module from messy notes: a few minutes per module
- Adapting your automated emails to your voice: a few minutes
- Adding an automation that did not exist: from a few minutes to half an hour depending on the request
Your time, the one that really decides
- Your texts and your images are ready : around four hours in total, setup included, and your complete site is online.
- You have notes, recordings, a course in bits : count on a few evenings. You hand over the material, she structures it, you reread.
- You have not written anything yet : that is the work that takes days or weeks, and it would have had to be done on any tool, with any provider.
A special case
You do not have an offer yet? We build it first.
Then your journey starts one step earlier, and that is not bad news: you build your offer with Aria. It is often better that way, since by building it with you she learns your project, your audience and your words, and everything she writes afterwards is truer for it.
