If you stop paying a platform, you lose everything; Imperium has no subscription, so there is nothing to stop paying and nothing to lose.

No Imperium subscription. You pay 1,497 € once and the system is yours. The only recurring cost is your Claude subscription (~20 $/month), which lets you talk to Aria, and which does not go into my pocket. Your finished site, on the other hand, runs without any AI.

Setting up the kit takes 25 minutes once you know it, an hour and a half at most the first time, with support: at the end, your site is online, the pages are linked together, the payment works and the emails are ready to go. For a complete site online, content included, count on around four hours in total, provided you already have your texts and your images. Your site is delivered with the foundations Google and the AIs expect: a title and description specific to each page, a readable address per page, a sitemap, a summary file aimed at AI assistants, structured data, and pages that stay readable even without JavaScript. That is already more than most platforms produce. What makes the difference afterwards is your content and your consistency: Aria writes your articles with you and publishes them, and that is where search visibility is won.

I am not going to answer with a badge or a certificate: here are the facts, you check them yourself. Payments go through Stripe, so no card data passes through your site or is stored there; member accounts live in a professional database with access control on the server, not in the browser; and your secret keys stay on the server, never in the pages your visitors see.

No, and if it happens to you it is a setting, not a fate. Your members area is reserved for people who have paid: at the start your own account therefore has no access, which is surprising the first time you want to see your work from the inside. You ask Aria to open access for your address, it takes a few seconds, and she offers it herself as soon as the site goes live. You then see exactly what your clients see.

No, that is protected. Before connecting your domain, your system checks whether a site already answers at that address. If it finds one, it stops, tells you which site it saw, and offers you a sub-address to install the new one alongside without touching anything. It only replaces the existing one if you explicitly ask. So you can keep your old site online while you prepare the new one and only switch over on the day you decide.

Yes, without installing any external measurement tool. Your dashboard counts visitors, page views, conversion rate, your most-read pages and your main traffic sources, with a curve over the last fourteen days. It is at your place, in your database: nobody else collects these figures, and you have no extra account to open.

Your code is backed up away from your computer, and your database, your members and your sales are hosted by a professional service that handles its own backups. If your machine breaks down, your site keeps running and you recover everything.

Once it is online, nothing is compulsory: the system runs on its own. The time you spend is the time you choose to spend, writing an article, launching a campaign, adding a module. There is no maintenance to do for it to keep working.

Yes. Every page is designed to adapt to phones, and the hosting used serves your pages from a worldwide network. The majority of your visitors will come from mobile: that is planned for from the start.

Your licence covers your business: you can duplicate your system for a second project of your own. What the licence forbids is installing it for someone else or reselling it.

You ask Aria for the update, she applies it while protecting what you have personalised: she checks file by file what you have changed and never touches your texts or your colours without showing you first. You own the system, and it keeps evolving.

They are sent through a professional sending service, not from a personal mailbox, which is already the main thing. When the site goes live we configure your domain name to prove to mail providers that these emails really come from you. Aria takes care of it, it is a guided step.

The free tier of the sending service covers the first months very comfortably. Beyond that it is a few euros a month depending on volume. You are never charged by number of contacts, unlike all-in-one platforms where the bill climbs with your list.

Yes, from an address on your own domain. Your clients reply to you directly, and nobody sees that you are going through a third-party tool.

Of course, and it is even recommended. The ones delivered are neutral starting points: you ask Aria to rewrite them in your voice, or you give her your own and she puts them in place.

The services your system uses, database, email sending, hosting, all have a free tier, more than enough to start. When your business goes past those thresholds, you move to their paid plans, charged on real usage and not on the number of contacts. That is the structural difference with an all-in-one platform, whose monthly price climbs mechanically with the size of your list, whether you sell or not.

I confirm I have received your request, and the refund goes back through the payment method you used. In return, your licence key is deactivated: your system stops, no more payments, no more new members, no more admin area or emails. The files stay on your disk but no longer work.

No, and that is the only limit on ownership. Your licence is personal and non-transferable: you can use Imperium for your business, change it, duplicate it for your own needs, but you cannot resell it, give it away or share it. If a copy starts circulating, the licence key that goes with it is deactivated and the system stops working, the files stay on the disk without running. That is what protects everyone who paid.

Never. What you take in is yours. Only Stripe takes its usual banking fee on each transaction, as with any card machine, and that money goes to Stripe, not to me.

No. As long as your key is active, you get the system's improvements by asking Aria, at no extra charge.

Once the deadline has passed the sale is final, that is the counterpart of a no-questions-asked guarantee. But you keep your system for life and 6 months of support: I am not dropping you for all that.
